I chose Dermuth Klagenfurt for its convenient location near the Benedictine Market, which I wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the free use of bicycles offered by the hotel. This feature allowed me to explore Klagenfurt easily and enjoy the beautiful scenery around the city.

Miscommunication about room type.

I am more than pleased with my stay and it was more then I expected. Miss Katia at the reception was more than pleasant, even familiar. Welcome drink, polite and friendly staff, eastern chocolate eggs...Breakfast very good, wide variaty of home made cutleries, Food in the restaurant was exceptional - gourmet, deer cotlet,quality wine and beer; waiters - simpy great! Quitness, pillow and madrace was superb, I slept like a baby, sauna, swimming pool super. Decoration is from 70s, but it doesn't matter. So, my wife, two kids and I simply enjoyed every minute.

The flavors were exquisite and the presentation was impeccable. It was a true culinary delight!

My kids wished the hotel had a dedicated playroom for children.

The breakfast was decent and the hotel had a pool, which was a good way to relax. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, but still close to the city center. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel rooms were quite old and outdated. Additionally, we had issues with cleanliness in the room, including broken furniture and dirty sheets. Finally, the hotel claimed to offer free Wi-Fi, but we could never manage to connect to the internet during our stay.

The rooms at Hotel Dermuth are absolutely amazing! The king-sized beds are so comfortable, making me feel like a king myself. I also loved having a desk to get some work done. The private bathroom with a shower was clean and had a hairdryer, which was such a convenience. the room was cozy and had everything I needed as a guest who values comfort and convenience.

The only thing I didn't personally like was the bathtub in the bathroom. But hey, that's just my preference and others might enjoy it.

This place is a hidden gem tucked away in the quiet outskirts. The location on the hills provides breathtaking views over the valley, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some tranquility. The service here is impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. From the warm welcome drink to the attentive housekeeping and shoe shine service, every detail is taken care of. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with amenities such as heating, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area.

Absolutely nothing.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel, located in a serene environment surrounded by mountains, and near the beautiful lake. The bus station nearby was quite convenient. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with contemporary bathroom facilities. the service was remarkable and we were impressed with the quality of breakfast and the stunning view of the mountains from the dining area. We also enjoyed the free bike rentals and the beach passes provided.

We wished there were some more amenities available in the hotel room.

Wifi was not consistent, and the hotel lacks air-conditioning and mosquito nets in the rooms. The maintenance staff start early, disrupting guests.
